Former Employee - Bank Assistant

I worked at Bank of Ireland full-time for more than a year

Pros

Good hours and good money. Staff where mostly friendly and the company has good benefits for employees.

Cons

They closed most of their branches in n.ireland. Branch manger had favourites and showed that daily.

Advice to Management

Look closely at the branch managers I no a few that got made redundant but others who are not as professional where kept. Listen to the loyal staff about their concerns and ideas they know more than... the people in offices with no branch experience
