Advice to Management

I've been within the bank now for over a year and since then no two days have been the same. Working in fraud is a very rewarding experience as we get to keep our customers accounts safe & secure.... Whilst you do have targets to hit but they aren't unachievable and if you ever have issues where you need extra support all the managers are approachable and ready to help. In my time in fraud I've had the opportunity to interview and gain a promotion and am actively encouraged to think about my next step and what direction I want to go in the bank. As the department is open across 7 days it is shift work which can impact that job work/life balance though flexibility is available where necessary. The people I work with definitely make a late night or weekend easier and more enjoyable.
