Featured Review

Current Employee - Analyst

I have been working at Nielsen full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great working environment and development opportunities

Cons

Nothing I've noticed yet

Current Contractor - Misc

I have been working at InnerWorkings for more than a year

Pros

Good people and working atmosphere

Cons

Working methods are completely out of date with no focus on process improvement at all. In fact change is almost a dirty word to some.

Advice to Management

Update systems and have a uniform approach to staff across the company.
