Current Employee - Barista

I have been working at Nuffield Health part-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Benefits package including gym membership and one for a family member, free private healthcare, allowing quicker access to necessary operations and treatments

Cons

Regular training modules to do in own time which seem to come round very frequently

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust full-time for more than a year

Pros

Camaraderie Hard Working Always Driving for Improvement Management show empathy Great Location

Cons

as with anywhere in the NHS. it gets busy. not for the work shy. Morale can be low at times but honestly that is more a fault of the government than of the trust itself.
