Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Oracle full-time

Pros

One of the biggest software companies, it is being a pleasure getting to know either Technology side and Applications side and getting to know all the extended team possibilities

Cons

It is so big that sometimes it has a burocracy that makes it slow and processes tough along with self service need that can be either good or bad

Advice to Management

To much reporting at a point when it is more important taking care of the people you are working with at everyday basis

Current Employee - Presales EA

I have been working at SAP full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

My manager supports me to work on my highest possible level. Wellbeing, mindfulness, inclusion is not just talked about but lived. The culture is open and honest. Values are not just written but... lived. Colleagues willingly and proactively share information. The company is generous even in small touches e.g. we have advents calendars on our desks :)

Cons

The product world is increasingly complex and customers find it difficult to understand our offerings. We are however getting a lot of training to be able to explain.

Advice to Management

Continue to communicate timely and openly
