Pros
- Great people - PA is a supportive place to work. If you are not happy with a client you are working with, your manager and others will help you transition to something else. -No stress or... pressure working at PA. Best feeling of not being worried about Monday mornings - great place to work for anyone starting their career.
Cons
- As many consultancies are like this, it's all about who knows your name. If you are someone who can go above and beyond to socialise with managers and partners, you will be promoted. -Certain... things can prevent you from being promoted, such as your utilisation—the percentage of time you've worked on a client overall by the end of the year. Every consultancy has a benchmark for this.
Pros
Hybrid work schedule, beautiful building, and fantastic worker bees.
Cons
Nepotism at its finest, aka worst. Promoted a highly uneducated individual who did not even have a bachelor’s degree, but got the position as a family friend of the owners. The executive team spouts... mission while completely missing how their actions and words sabotage productivity, culture and work morale. Poor and reactionary decision making has left teams short staffed and overworked. And they surround themselves with those folks who tell them what they want to hear and do as they command versus taking constructive feedback to improve, develop and help colleagues succeed and grow. Highly toxic and psychologically draining.
