Pros

Moral company with excellent leadership , Fantastic client base and good opportunities for promotion and to get involved. Very good infrastructure as currently being tested while we all work from... home, nice work from the IT team.

Cons

You don't alwasy get the exaxt type of role you want but this is to be expected and i mylself was able to rotate into my perfect opportunity after a fair stint on another assigment.

Advice to Management

Keep steering the ship and keep adapting to the change in conditions, it doesn't matter that its a tough market , we need to focus on suceeding for us.
