Featured Review

Former Contractor - Anonymous Contractor

I worked at PPL for less than a year

Pros

Very good people, good culture - very music and media oriented - which isn't a suprise

Cons

Process and communications can be a bit week at a middle management level so this can create a gap between senior management and the guys on the ground

Advice to Management

Make sure that management are working as hard as the guys on the ground - open up more channels for getting bright ideas from the "coal face"

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Lutron full-time

Pros

Great products. Smart people

Cons

Lucky dip bonus scheme. No marketing department. Very slow to innovate these days. Company needs a hearing aid when it comes to listening to customer feedback.

Advice to Management

Taking care of the people should be the first principle. Everything follows from that.
