Pros
In just one year, I met some of the most amazing people and I must thank Reapit for it. I have learnt some valuable lessons while working closely with Gary, Jeff and Daniel. Company started... offering some great benefits to their employees.
Cons
Some managers should listen when their direct employee is trying to raise concerns with them.
Advice to Management
Keep the office atmosphere positive, introduce more employee benefits and keep going in forward!
