Pros

- You will work with some of the most talented and dedicated people in the world - Don't listen to the ill-informed media commentary; the company does a huge amount of good in the world and you get... to make a truly meaningful contribution - Lots of responsibility after a brief settling-in period - Great compensation - Best benefits out there and always looking for ways to improve them

Cons

- Hard work - Can be slightly political
