Great store manager, friendly employees, and gained a lot of experience working on eyebrows and using makeup. I was a high risk pregnancy and the company was very accommodating working around my... needs and dr appointments.

Cons

Sales goals. Long hours. Always being busy when you’re a proficient employee and get things finished fast and accurately is exhausting.

Advice to Management

I understand the goal of a business is to profit. But most people already know what they want when walking into ulta. A good sales person is honest and doesn’t pressure people into buying things... they don’t need. Value your customer’s money and time and you’ll have repeat customers for the long haul.
