I worked at Papyrus part-time for less than a year

Pros

The only pro is the fifty-percent-off discount for employees.

Cons

Given several important responsibilities with little to no training, expected to learn from a co-worker who was also never properly trained.

Advice to Management

Having employees read powerpoint employees during their shift when the store is less busy is not training.

Very motivated atmosphere, Interesting innovative products, Very dynamic

Cons

The biggest disadvantage results from the high dynamics, which means that priorities change frequently and quickly, resulting in high deadline pressure. One must be able to deal with this.
