Current Employee - Account Manager

I have been working at Pareto Law full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great culture where you are rewarded for the hard work

Cons

Like any sales position if you don’t like to be competitive it won’t be the role for you

Current Contractor - Senior User Experience Designer

I have been working at Infinia Search for less than a year

Pros

I was working with several agencies to look for a new role and I felt the least amount of pressure working with the people at Infinia Search. I never heard them say that I was "a perfect fit" for a... role that we both knew I wasn't. If anything, I was told to take a look and if it wasn't for me, they'd keep looking... THIS is exactly how it should work! On top of that, any questions I had were answered as fast as possible and I was able to talk things out if I needed more information or didn't feel comfortable with something. Infinia made me feel like I was getting a role I deserved instead of getting a role they wanted to fill.

Cons

There are a few processes that seem dated, like paperwork, but this is very minor.

Advice to Management

Keep up the friendly and welcoming process. I prefer to stay with this type of company if or when I need another role.
