Current Employee - Client Success Manager

I have been working at Pareto Law full-time for less than a year

Pros

Since graduating from university and embarking on my sales career, Pareto has given me the confidence not only to professionally develop, but also personally I've had the opportunity to be a part of... two great teams, where I have been continusly recognised for my hard work and supported in all aspects! Pareto offers not only an amazing dynamic culture but the stepping stones needed to elevate and grow within an industry leading business!

Cons

Personally, since starting out until now I cannot fault any of my experiences working at Pareto!

Current Employee - Recruitment Consultant

I have been working at Permanent People full-time for less than a year

Pros

*Culture - the team are down to earth, genuine and a good laugh, which makes things easier when you spend more time with them than your family *Autonomy - being able to run your desk without... micromanagement or KPI's *Incentives - I'm sure everyone loves the extras within Recruitment, and having targets that are achievable to get these is even better *Complete flexibility as well as remote working *The management actually listen and want to hear your ideas to grow - very refreshing! *Great commission structure *Training and the infrastructure in place to succeed *Career progression

Cons

No office dog, but I'm working on it! Ha
