- Direct line of communication to upper management with an open door policy - Autonomy to run your desk as your own with guidance from experienced recruiters and directors - Great colleagues with... a collaborative attitude - A client and candidate focused approach with their best interest at heart - Clear vision of where the business is going and opportunities to have ideas and input included

Cons

- Radio station stuck on Magic for far too long than needed !!! - Clearer understanding of promotion opportunities and what is expected to reach higher levels within our careers - Maybe throw in... a gym membership into the benefits package ?

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you’re r doing and keep being involved as much as you guys are, this is how a consultancy firm should be ran.
