Pros

Since graduating from university and embarking on my sales career, Pareto has given me the confidence not only to professionally develop, but also personally I've had the opportunity to be a part of... two great teams, where I have been continusly recognised for my hard work and supported in all aspects! Pareto offers not only an amazing dynamic culture but the stepping stones needed to elevate and grow within an industry leading business!

Cons

Personally, since starting out until now I cannot fault any of my experiences working at Pareto!

I have been working at RedCat Digital full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great place to work , learnt a lot and had colleagues that cared about what they do. I think sometimes to know and see a great company you have to see where people who work here go after and that’s... usually only ever internal as you can’t find a better agency and some of the alumni are now working internal at the hottest start ups , FAANG companies or have found the next big thing to me this is a testament to how great they are! Also for those who stay they grow fast to senior roles with good management, so a win win to join!

Cons

There is not much of a con really and I think like any job at a great agency, If your junior and you aren’t afraid to ask questions you will go far and become a top biller working with the best... companies in Europe or asked to join them because you work at Redcat!

Advice to Management

None I can think of besides the progression path but that seems to be changing now as it used to focus on billing targets and now its a mix of this and showing high level knowledge
