Featured Review

Current Employee - Line Technician

I have been working at Procter & Gamble full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

P&G West Thurrock offers very good benefits and a good salary for the job. I'm paid for shift work and overtime. Boss is respectful and takes care of me. I like it much more than my previous... employers.

Cons

No company is perfect. This one forces us to follow all the safety rules and this is very annoying sometimes...

Advice to Management

Make sure to get rid of the people who are lagging behind in doing their work in the team, because they are bringing us all down...
