Featured Review

Current Employee - Senior Manager

I have been working at Protiviti full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Large growth opportunity, both with the firm, as well as in specific areas, including digital technology and risk and compliance Competitive salary compared with big 4 and large amount of training... opportunities

Cons

You are in charge of your career, you need to push yourself or be left behind. It is not the company to challenge people who are lazy.

Advice to Management

Have MD's individually place as strong of a focus on culture as they do on managing the business.

Former Contractor - Document Review Attorney

I worked at Huron Consulting Group for less than a year

Pros

Great Location; Competent Team Leaders; Professional Support and Friendly attitude, plus relaxed dress code.

Cons

Too competitive pay; did not feature a "bonus" plan for higher standards of work.

Advice to Management

Introduce bonuses for higher standards.
