I was with Quantum for the last 15 years. During this time, I started as an ISR, gradually promoted to managing the demand centre and eventually moved to an Account Director role. Quantum has a... proven record for nurturing and promoting from within the company but also providing a great development programme for people with ambitions to move into software/IT sales.
Cons
Target driven company and environment which might not be suitable for everyone.
