I worked at Swift Industrial Cleaning full-time for more than a year

Pros

The pay checks always cleared, and drinking on the job after five o'clock was encouraged. Boss usually had the most.

Cons

Questionable ethics. Does not follow through on promises or agreements. Always makes an excuse why he can not keep that deal, and then flies to Wyoming to spend a week elk hunting.

Advice to Management

That's pretty high turn over
