Pros

Huge opportunity to drive change given previous relaxed culture around delivery. Friendly environment and people showing they want to deliver even though partners hold us back

Cons

Senior leadership team do not appear aligned or even fail to understand the need for change given the honestly crap ability to deliver anything in the past, from projects to financials. They are... causing the toxic environment and need to buck up

Pros

Flexible hours, supportive senior team, Good communication from senior management to club level, Open door policy from all management levels, opportunities to progress.

Cons

Pay is competive compared to other businesses within the leisure industry but thinks there could be a better bonus scheme considered in the future for operations Managers.

Advice to Management

The amount of effort that has gone in over the recent months to try and ensure every voice is heard has been a positive step forward.
