Pros

Huge opportunity to drive change given previous relaxed culture around delivery. Friendly environment and people showing they want to deliver even though partners hold us back

Cons

Senior leadership team do not appear aligned or even fail to understand the need for change given the honestly crap ability to deliver anything in the past, from projects to financials. They are... causing the toxic environment and need to buck up

Believe in your people, sort out your partners and motivate people to succeed ...

Pros

Good people in the Spartanburg facility

Cons

Lies- documentation not clear Job offers do not match compensation Bonus payout to management and not others- no documentation as to why you got percentage Hostile work enviornment- hiring best... friends and unqualified people just because of friends No goals set until mid of year, no salary reviews given in proper manner Firings for age etc
