Tilt is an incredible place to work, packed to the brim with exceptionally talented people. The company focuses a lot on hiring and it shows. The office feels less like a workplace and more like... a chilled hang out with friends. This doesn't mean it's all play, the company has huge ambitions and everyone works extremely hard day-in day-out to get us there. The company also offers some great perks: catered lunches/dinners, snack wall, anniversary bonuses, generous hardware budget and more. Overall, Tilt challenges you to be better at what you do, but encourages you to have fun doing it.
As is common with any young startup, there are a few cons: - Long hours - You're moving so fast, sometimes it can be hard to keep up. Some people thrive in this, others struggle.
