Current Employee - Washrooms Service Driver

I have been working at Rentokil Initial full-time for less than a year

Pros

It is always very varied

Cons

Not applicable at moment thanks

Advice to Management

Good job, well done

Current Employee - QA Supervisor

I have been working at Clark Pest Control full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Great team atmosphere and environment, recession-proof industry, excellent benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, FSA, HSA, employee stock purchase plan). Highest pay in the industry..., if you work hard here you’re compensated generously. Company vehicle. Company paid training.

Cons

You have to show up and work really hard. Some folks struggle with that.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you’re doing.
