Company is well known and large in a industry where smaller companys are failing. Thus there is enough work coming in to give a sense of security in a failing industry.

Cons

Management belittles employees and does not practice fair labor laws. Employees are told to redo mistake jobs after clocking out with no pay. Management will "sell out" employees unless you are in... the circle of management which only includes husband and wife. Will not give time off in a lot of case even for doctors appointments.

Advice to Management

Treat employees with respect and trust that your employees are telling you the truth. After all they do not want you to fail because their livelyhood depends on the company as well. Management should... not take other managers side just because of who they are without looking at the writing on the wall or what is right, wrong or illegal.
