The people were nice, I guess.

Cons

Super corporate, nobody cares about you, you are encouraged and trained to push sales onto people who you know are not interested. Lots of paperwork to track sales. Basically, it's all about the... money.

Advice to Management

Maybe care a little bit more about your employees and a lot less about sales.
