I worked at SBR Technologies full-time (More than 3 years) It is the right place to grow a career as a woman. The most interesting part of working here is freedom, flexible timing and fun at work.... You can get good recognition of your work if you really stand out of the crowd.
Cons
Not much flexibility in work from home.

Pros
Management is very friendly and always prioritize employees. You will feel comfortable to work here. There is no burden of working till late night. We get salary on time.
Cons
They are not providing PF. If they cover this point then it would be a perfect company to work.
Advice to Management
Almost every thing is good. Just look into the statutory part.
