Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Survox full-time

Pros

Awesome and open co-workers, all over the US who know complex voice-based and web-based survey operations better than anyone. Experts in their fields, they know opinion polling / policy research, CX..., customer satisfaction and own multi-mode data collection. Small to mid-sized teams, so there's an opportunity to learn how different business functions work together.

Cons

Resources can feel stretched at times. Soreness in the neck from swiveling may occur.
