The leadership, the technology, the career opportunities, the global mobility, the office spaces, the people, the culture, the ownership, the benefits, the parties! OJ has always been a market... leading recruitment firm, but in the last few years it's challenging any business as a market leading employer (in both sales and operations).

Cons

Communication in any large business always needs attention from leadership. As OJ's growth has shot up, it needs to keep an eye on how and when group communication is managed.
