Students at Roberts are the best I've worked with, and I've worked full time on 5 different campuses. Colleagues are some of the best I'll ever work with.
Cons
Things are complete mess on every level, including with the institutional budget. The cabinet does not support the middle management when there are disputes with employees. Every department is short... staffed but expected to function highly, meet unreachable goals, and provide the same services as when they were staffed with 3 or 4 times the people. There is no accountability and employees can do whatever they want with no consequences. The CEO disapproval is for Deana Porterfield, not the new president, as Deana is the reason the university is in such a mess financially.
