The projects are interesting and challenging The projects are diverse and you get to work on several a year My colleagues are incredibly intelligent, creative and interesting Most the people you... work with are great people


The CEO is over controlling and management appear scared to make their own decisions at times. The employees should be celebrated more and treated more like the assets they are. Some colleagues... are stuck in the past and over criticize every decision management makes, even the reasonable ones. Their attitudes have become toxic, they don't leave because Sagentia is still a great place to work but complain endlessly about the good old days.

Make some innovative, positive changes to motivate the staff and get the best out of them

I have been working at Innovia Technology full-time for more than 5 years


– Work for the best companies in almost every industry (P&G, J&J, Medtronic, Bayer, Jaguar Land Rover, Boeing, PepsiCo etc.). – Exceptionally bright colleagues who care about... their work and each other! – Work is delivered to clients at the highest levels and across a range of business functions (Innovation, R&D, Marketing, Strategy, Manufacturing, Insights). – Sensible and sustainable approach to growth - putting plans in place to grow at a pace that allows current employees to take on new opportunities. We could grow faster, but the board decided that the supportive and friendly culture is too important to sacrifice. – Very little hierarchy – you work with people at all levels of experience and learn a lot quickly.


– Given the quality of clients and work, we should be better known. – If you are desperate to work across multiple offices, then try somewhere else – Innovia only has one office in... Cambridge UK, which is a conscious decision to maintain our culture. – If you are only interested in a MBB name on your CV and then move into PE or IBD then go elsewhere. If you want to work on the toughest problems for the best clients in the world, then apply.

Advice to Management

Your head and heart are in the right place. Keep working hard and relying on your talented colleagues to grow the business. Try to be a bit bolder and raise the profile of the company, so it gets the... visibility it deserves.
