"Great culture"23 Mar 2022
★★★★★
I have been working at Sainsbury’s full-time for more than a year
Pros
Great culture, everyone is happy to help, when something goes wrong fingers aren’t pointed a solution is found together. Great for development, they really push you to think about it regularly.
Cons
Progression has been tough recently, the structure doesn’t allow for easy moves up. Salary isn’t amazing but seems pretty standard for commercial

I have been working at Marks & Spencer part-time for more than a year
Pros
Pay and very friendly customers
Cons
Not many cons, maybe being on your feet all day but that’s expected in retail.
