Advice to Management

Values no longer aligned with practices. Corporate/local plants preached diversity and inclusion however the faces in Executive positions and Upper Management says different! The culture has turned... more of Dictatorship where individual voices is no longer appreciated but condemned. Local Management didn’t respect worklife balance as you were continuously being contacted via phone.
