Pros

Fast paced environment with freedom to take responsibility and learn a huge amount. Working at one of the biggest brands in the world is exciting and you get to work with the resources of Samsung... behind you.

Cons

Management support is lacking and long term business strategy is undermined by short him pressure to hit revenue targets.

Advice to Management

Provide clearer roles and responsibilities through out the business and shield the local team from HQ culture and pressure.

I have been working at Facebook full-time for more than a year

Pros

My colleagues are super smart and passionate about doing good in the world. The offices are pretty cool and are set up so you can do your best work, great place to bring family and friends to visit.... Meaningful work. Great benefits for the whole family (important now I'm a parent) Generous holidays, paternity leave So good I'll say it twice, amazing and passionate colleagues.

Cons

Can feel like an always on culture, be prepared to set boundaries but you will be supported.

Advice to Management

Keep being transparent, I love the monthly all hands and the open culture. I am proud and grateful to work here. The leadership im supporting the company during Covid19 has been world class and... set a global standard for others to follow.
