Current Employee - OTR Team Driver

I have been working at Schneider full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great safety oriented company.

Cons

Not home often enough.

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

A forward thinking and aspirational global company, especially at the corporate level. Good working environment and excellent standards of production. Salaries good for area.

Cons

Not so many opportunities for progression if you are not able to be globally mobile. Some local management issues that need to be resolved.

Advice to Management

Try to make sure there are opportunities for progression and development even for those employees who wish to stay local.
