I have been working CMA for a number of years and whilst it’s changed a lot over my time, it’s still retained it’s family feel and honesty and integrity will always be at the core of the company... values. Coming from a non-recruitment background when I joined, I received excellent training and support, which has been ongoing ever since, if there are new skills I want to learn or a refresh in certain areas, it’s always available internally and if external training is required, this will be arranged. I genuinely feel that consultants opinions and ideas are listened to and considered and as such, there has been huge change over the past year. With a new IT system, investment in company benefits and an overhaul of the consultant progression routes and opportunities, there is a clear and transparent way of how the various career routes can be achieved. The CMA team are extremely friendly and welcoming, there is a real team ethos that I believe you would struggle to find anywhere else!
