Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Search Consultancy full-time for less than a year

Pros

Payed well, Long term contract

Cons

I have no complaints with them

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Volt International full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

You may feel that I am biased as I work in Talent Acquisition but I have worked for the company for quite a while and in a number of different roles so I have a good overall view of the company and... it also shows that Volt gives you a chance to develop and progress! The work environment is one of the best things about Volt - I work with a great group of people who make every day enjoyable. I ask recent starters to the company about what they think and are thrilled with the comments for example “..blown away about how nice everyone is, there is a really good culture.” “ Feel everyone wants to see you do well” “People are nice and helpful including the senior management and everyone is well looked after.” “people very helpful” “from day one felt part of the team” “collaborative environment”

Cons

There aren't really any, if you have a bad day there is always someone here to cheer you up.

Advice to Management

You have a culture to be proud of long may it continue
