I have been working at carpasean for less than a year
Pros
A comfortable environment to grow. My supervisors were understanding and helpful with any questions I had. The CEO made sure to keep open communications if there were any concerns. There were many... opportunities for me to branch into many different fields, which is incredibly helpful for a student. I feel I learned a lot and grew with the help of this company. The position is remote so I was able to choose my own hours and work from home. All costs were covered or reimbursed and there is a big focus on work life balance.
Cons
No cons I can think of. There was some disorganization at times but has since been addressed.
