Pros
challenging, interesting work. Lot's of scope for self-direction. Lot's of travel and training opportunities. Supportive and engaging work place culture, flat management structure, approachable... senior management.
Cons
a lot of legacy code- makes integrating new development challenging (and expensive). lack of mentorship for high-level design/software architecture company should increase investment in updating... and replacing core technologies and code base.
Advice to Management
empower engineers to investigate and pioneer new tech- and invest in it when they find it

I have been working at Onfido full-time for more than a year
Pros
Onfido has one of the best cultures I have experienced. Everyone wants you to be the best you can and the work is challenging, yet rewarding
Cons
Some internal processes need to be changed in order to keep up with the fast growing nature of the company, but I'm sure this will happen in due time.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you are doing!
