Featured Review

Former Employee - Talent Acquisition Specialist

I worked at Serco Group full-time for more than a year

Pros

I have worked for Serco over 2 years and have consistently found that it strives towards its core values. It’s a global corporate organisation but I have had the pleasure of working with some of the... most exceptional, friendliest people in my career. Everyone works as a team player and supports each other through highs and sometimes inevitable lows which makes work a great place to be, especially when the pressure is on! It’s fast-paced and demanding but challenging and rewarding which creates a great balance.

Cons

Local car parking can be expensive.

Advice to Management

Continue to be the leading innovator.

Current Employee - Student Finance Coordinator

I have been working at Pima Medical Institute full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Amazing benefits and employee ownership

Cons

Lack of upward mobility or career advancement
