Current Employee - Subject Matter Expert

I have been working at Severn Trent full-time for more than a year

Pros

I get to work alongside a great team of people as well as working closely with other departments in the business. There are clear paths forwards and managers are happy to help you reach your goals. ... Most of the managers/leads are down to earth and easy to talk to, the same goes for the CEO.

Cons

The pay isn't the best and an increase would be very much appreciated - this seems to be a trend. However, there are plenty of benefits on offer which help make up for it. Certain processes need to... be streamlined and improved.

Don't just focus on performance
