What Employees Say
I have been working at Shield Guarding full-time for less than a year
Pros
Wages paid on time and restructure of management and call center. You tend to get a lot more respect from the new company Noonan as they are very helpful.
Cons
Looking good for future. See how it goes. Looks like things are improving now taken over by Noonan better organisation.
Advice to Management
Hope the restructure goes well.
I have been working at Kroll Cyber Security
Pros
Brian Lapidus actually leads the Nashville site and he is the finest manager I have ever worked for. He has been there long enough to have hired a lot of terrific people. Because of that, the company... culture, especially in Nashville, is very healthy, very positive, with a great balance between recognition and accountability. If you like to work with bright, energetic people who know their work actually makes a difference for clients and the lives of client customers & patients - THAT is Kroll. Tim Ryan leads the cyber security advisory practice. He has a great reputation in the industry and a Is a thought leader. Like many in this part of Kroll, Tim is ex FBI.
Cons
Benefits are competitive but could be better.
