Pros

- Simple, clear training provided, one of the best pays for Retail - Flexible (if through agency) - Sky's brand sells itself, helps makes targets in sales - Commission based, so you get rewarded... for your work

Cons

- Opportunities to move up are limited - Sometimes, work isn't available, so limiting your shifts

Advice to Management

Keep an eye for good candidates.

I have been working at Boots part-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Relaxed and enjoyable workplace. Everyone is always positive and everyone helps one another, especially if there are complaints/ problems with customers.

Cons

Only Con is dealing with customer complaints, however, that comes with the job so you just need to know how to communicate and deal with people.
