I worked at Snapdeal

Pros

Going at exponential growth in Indian eCommerce

Cons

Need to work more on employee engagement

Current Employee - Senior Software Engineer

I have been working at Myntra full-time for more than a year

Pros

Work environment is really good. You are given enough time and space. Nobody encroaches on your personal life. You also have a peace of mind while working there.

Cons

Sometimes bureauracracy comes in the way and hinders you down in getting good quality work done on time. This generally leads to delays but sometimes it also leads to a lesser quality of work.

Advice to Management

Manage the red tape more efficiently. Have a robust code review process.
