Current Employee - Corporate Account Manager

I have been working at Softcat full-time for less than a year

Pros

-Flexible hours -sociable hours - good work-life balance - great people - vendors paying for lunches - excellent prizes

Cons

It's a very stressful job

Former Employee - Junior Webmaster

I worked at Gravytrain full-time for more than a year

Pros

Management provide regular one to one's and always show interest in new ideas A very social and friendly atmosphere Good office location (when I was there although offices have moved) I received... training in various marketing and design channels Comfortable working conditions (big leather office chairs)

Cons

Not much space to relax and eat (although I believe they have now expanded office space)

Advice to Management

Keep the social events and midweek sporting events up - really enjoyed them
