Current Employee - Sales Executive

I have been working at Softcat full-time for more than a year

Pros

- Highly-social environments with a lot of great personalities - Meritocratic setup where you're rewarded for personal performance - No caps on performance both in regards to pay or progression -... The company is growing very quickly and is well-renowned in the market - Lots of socials and events outside of the workspace - Opportunity to get into the tech space without being a techie - Unlike a lot of sales roles, you're building a portfolio for future business

Cons

- Being sales it's competitive so you have to be very success-driven - Not many routes for progression other than management/leadership

Advice to Management

Would be great to see more gender diversity in management roles. There's been some progress over the past year with the focus around women-in-tech so hopefully this will start to change as people... progress from the entry-level roles.

Current Employee - PPC Executive

I have been working at Holiday Extras full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Great working together attitude, feels like a family with great initiatives. Well organised from the top down, and senior leadership team really care about every employee

Cons

Not really any downsides, maybe pay slightly less than average
