- amazing management; they really care about you - incredibly smart and kind people you're working with - your opinions/concerns matter - everyone is somewhat technical to very technical... (especially management) - company has a set of important values that they built from, and they're focused on not letting those slip

It's currently still in the early days of a start up. This means there's a level of flux that may not exist at a bigger tech company.
