Current Employee - Barista

I have been working at Starbucks part-time for more than a year

Pros

Much fun and great environment

Cons

There isn’t any in my eyes

Current Employee - Barista

I have been working at Pret A Manger full-time for more than a year

Pros

Learning of new duties alongside salary rise quickly as long as you are willing to it. As a staff member, you don't need to pay for almost anything, you can get food and drinks for free, which are... included in your staff food. Also, you have access to a 50% discount in any pret. If you have the need for extra money and are willing to do extra hours, in case your shop doesn't have the hours, you can always do over time in other shops.

Cons

The rush times can be really tough
