Featured Review

Current Employee - Pharmacy Technician

I have been working at Strong Memorial Hospital full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great benefits, friendly work environment, and the tasks themselves are not hard.

Cons

Raises take months to receive after being approved. Someone I know was given a promotion but then later was told by upper management that it was given to someone outside of the inpatient pharmacy a... few weeks later. Get everything in writing. Parking while on the day shift is an extreme hassle. Not much room for growth.

Advice to Management

Be true to their word.

Current Employee - Physician

I have been working at Rochester General Hospital full-time for more than a year

Pros

Nice coworkers and benefits are not bad

Cons

Lack of long term strategy; merger with Unity didn't go well
