Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Sun Life full-time

Pros

work at home good work life balance

Cons

not enough support in training

"Ok"30 Oct 2019

Current Employee - Administrative Assistant

I have been working at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan full-time for less than a year

Pros

Lots of support, can ask anyone anything but depends on the person

Cons

Only internal movement so very difficult to get in on a permanent basis. They believe they are diverse but do not have any clue about disabilities and it's 90% white.

Advice to Management

Give outside people a chance, especially those with more diverse backgrounds
